Join Us for Winter & Spring Mulching Events!
RUFF and the City of Roseville Open Space Division are excited to host several mulching events during the winter and early spring of 2026. These events help care for native trees planted by volunteers in 2022 and 2023—and we’d love for you to be part of it!

Both events run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Dugan Park (1432 Diamond Woods Circle, Roseville). We’ll also host another event at Dugan Park in April— visit our website for updates: RUFF Website

Volunteer Details
Individuals and groups are welcome! If your group has more than 10 volunteers, please email us at [email protected].
Events start promptly at 9:00 AM, so please arrive a little early for registration.
All volunteers are required to fill out waiver forms. Below is the link to fill out an online version. (We do have hard copies on site but prefer the online version.)

What to Bring & What We Provide
RUFF will supply tools, gloves, and masks for all volunteers. Please wear appropriate clothing—the area may be wet and muddy from winter rains.
We’ll have light refreshments and a water cooler available. We recommend bringing your own water bottle, as the water station may be a short walk from your work area.
For safety, we strongly recommend wearing a mask while working with mulch to avoid inhaling airborne spores or dust particles.
